Berria Beach is part of the select club of Cantabrian beaches with the Blue Flag award. It is a semi-urban beach, of medium occupancy, and has basic services such as toilets and showers (in addition to all the requirements to be worthy of the blue flag). Despite having a higher occupancy than other beaches on the list, its great extension (more than 2 kilometers long) makes it a quiet and spacious beach.
